We were pretty concerned about this too – that’s why we’ve gone to great lengths to ensure your information is secure. For all credit card transactions we use a secure server approved by Westpac Banking Corporation. All transactions are encrypted using the latest technology (128 bit encryption). Your transaction is handled directly by the bank so we have no record of your credit card details. PRODUCT RETURNSWe want you to enjoy your products purchased from Choose the ‘Tude, so we do our utmost to provide high quality products. We also accept that sometimes you may wish to return a product for a different size or colour. All returns must be received within 14 days of dispatch in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging in new condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept worn or washed items. FAULTY PRODUCTSEach product is thoroughly inspected before it leaves Choose the ‘Tude. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or receive a product that is faulty, please return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days of dispatch and we will replace it or give you a gift voucher to the value of your purchase. If you choose to – you can call us on 0800 the tude (that’s 0800 843 883) to see if your preferred article is in stock and we can reserve this for you for 48 hours while your package is in transit back to us.
