When will I receive my Gift Box?

Boxes will be shipped each Wednesday. You will need to allow a few days for delivery depending on where you are located in Australia. Deliveries are being impacted by COVID so please be patient. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns.

Can I collect my Gift Box?

We know you're busy so all of our gift boxes are delivered conveniently to your door, that's part of our service.

Can I purchase a single Gift Box?

Yes! As long as you order before the cut off date for that box and only while stocks last. Please note, there is no access to the Parenting In Progress Support Club unless you have a subscription or a special promotional offer.




Are the contents exactly as shown in the picture?

Great question! We will do our best to ensure the box has exactly the products shown but in some instances suppliers will change colours or styles due to availability. If stocks are not available, rather than have anyone miss out we will guarantee an equal quality and similar item.

When do I need to order by?

Orders close for each box on the 28th day of the month (while stocks last). Payment will be processed on the day of subscription. Items will be shipped on the following Wednesday. Orders received on Wednesday will be shipped the following week.

Is shipping included?

We charge a flat rate per box of $12 for standard shipping which is partly subsidised by us to keep shipping affordable. This is not included in the price.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your first month as soon as you sign up. You will then be charged on the same date each month. If you bought a monthly subscription on August 8th you will be billed again on September 8th.
Payments received by 5pm Monday will be shipped that Wednesday. If payment is received on a Tuesday/Wednesday your Care Pack will be shipped the following week. 
All plans will renew automatically at the end of the commitment period unless cancelled.

Am I able to be part of the Parenting In Progress Support Club after my promotional access?

Good news! We'd love to have you continue participating so you are welcome to continue as a member of the Parenting In Progress Support Club of $49/month for the Basic membership or you can choose a Premium subscription that comes with a monthly Parenting In Progress Gift Box.
