Now more than ever parents are looking for guidance on how to raise mentally fit children + take care of themselves in the process. As part of our Raising Happy Humans series, Kari Sutton, educator + author of 'Raising a mentally fit generation' joins us to share some practical tips you can try at home.

Kari is more than happy to answer any questions you may have, so take the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like.

The ticket includes 1 x drink on us + nibbles. If you'd like a meal, please come along at 6.00pm and feel free to order what you would like. Please note you will need to let us know if you are coming along for dinner.
